Overview
RegattaHub sends automated emails to keep you informed about regatta activities, registrations, and updates. All emails are sent through Postmark to ensure reliable delivery to your inbox.
This guide explains what emails you'll receive, when to expect them, and the actions you may need to take.
Email Categories
RegattaHub emails are grouped into four main categories based on your role and activities:
- Participant Emails: For competitors and crew members from the system
- Event Communication Emails: For regatta-wide updates from organizers
- Race Committee & Organizer Emails: For officials and admins managing the regatta
- Account & System Emails: For login and account security
Participant System Emails
These emails are sent to competitors and crew members for important regatta activities:

Important Information
All RegattaHub emails come from an @regatta-hub.com email address. The sender name and reply-to addresses may be customizable by regatta admins for event communication emails.
To ensure RegattaHub emails reach your inbox and don't go to spam, add regatta-hub.com to your email provider's safe sender list or contacts.
