RegattaHub sends automated emails to keep you informed about regatta activities, registrations, and updates. All emails are sent through Postmark to ensure reliable delivery to your inbox.

This guide explains what emails you'll receive, when to expect them, and the actions you may need to take.

Email Categories

RegattaHub emails are grouped into four main categories based on your role and activities:

  1. Participant Emails: For competitors and crew members from the system
  2. Event Communication Emails: For regatta-wide updates from organizers
  3. Race Committee & Organizer Emails: For officials and admins managing the regatta
  4. Account & System Emails: For login and account security

Participant System Emails

These emails are sent to competitors and crew members for important regatta activities:

Registration Confirmation Skipper After registration and payment (or approval) Save for records, review event schedule, prepare for regatta

Event Communication Emails

Organizers send these emails to keep all participants informed about the regatta:

Race Committee & Organizer Emails

Super Admin Changes All existing super admins (when added) or affected user (when removed) When a super admin is added or removed If unexpected, contact support immediately
